Cavashawn - Live at St. Xavier
Triton Productions was hired to film and edit Cavashawn live at St. Xavier high school in Cincinnati, OH.
The Guggenheim Museum - New York, NY
Choreographer Luca Veggetti was commissioned by The Guggenheim to create three pieces that extended on his long-time collaboration with composer Toshio Hokosawa. Triton Productions was hired to design projection for the work Night/Sounds and bring to fruition the visual work of Pascal Delcey in Traces. Triton Productions was also hired to shoot and produce the archival video.
"Hearing Glee" A 48 Hour Film Project - Cincinnati, OH
For the 48 Hour Film Festival held in Cincinnati, OH Triton Productions was a member of the Tin Man team. For its part, Triton Productions donated its editing suite and provided editing services and lighting for the production. The finished piece is called Hearing Glee and tells the story of a puppet lost in the world of humans, trying to get home.
College-Conservatory of Music - Cincinnati, OH
At the College-Conservatory of Music, Triton Productions has produced two operas with projected envrionments. Theresé was a studio work directed by Sandra Bernhard in March of 2006 and went on to win the National Opera Association's Opera Production Award in level IV. Triton Productions designed the content and a custom display and control system. Werther was a full-length mainstage opera directed by Nic Muni in May of 2007. The piece was a milestone for Triton Productions. Three independently controlled projection systems were linked together to form one large system that could be triggered by one operator with little training. The system not only included synchronized playback, it also incorporated live-video streams on two surfaces.
The Cincinnati Ballet - Cincinnati, OH
In September of 2006 Artistic Director Victoria Morgan created a new work for the Cincinnati Ballet's annual New Works Festival in collaboration with Triton Productions. The piece was called Journey and was inspired by the life of a dancer in the Ballet. The choreography was accompanied by projection that represented the life journey through the image of a tree. Triton Productions filmed the content, designed the projection, and created a custom display and control solution for the show.
